During the recent winter storms in Texas, thousands of sea turtles were rendered immobile by the sudden plunge in temperature. Rescue efforts, including the above photos from Texas Game Wardens, are underway to collect and rehabilitate the marine turtles.
The Turtle Conservancy, along with the AZA, have pledged to support Sea Turtle Inc., the local organization working to save these helpless turtles.
