Abby Roeser

Abby Roeser is the Registrar and Communications Coordinator at the Turtle Conservancy, where she manages the organization’s animal records, coordinates breeding loans, and develops educational materials and media. With a background in animal behavior, conservation, and design, Abby brings a unique blend of scientific knowledge and creative skill to her work.

Before joining the Turtle Conservancy, Abby trained working dogs for disaster response, conducted behavioral research with primates, and performed reptile husbandry at an AZA accredited reptile zoo. She holds a B.A. in Animal Behavior and Fine Arts from Bucknell University and studied ecology and conservation through the School for Field Studies in the Peruvian Amazon.
